The intention is for each action lab to be an independent research hub initiated by a steering group of leaders who are recognised experts within their own field and who have come together through a shared interest in the promotion of a unitive worldview and narrative. The central CoLab will then seek to support each hub through providing strategic guidance and advice, along with access to unitive resources, methodologies and networking. It will also seek to act as a consolidating evidence-base and resource bank for the various forms of related research.

One of the core intentions behind the creation of the actions labs is that they should seek to bring down complex information into simpler narratives and contemporary forms of communication that can reach a more global public audience.
